For much of our lives, we've been taught to protect this sacred space of the heart.
To hold the chest tight, to keep the heart guarded, to let the breasts become a place of shame, comparison, or silence rather than sacred power.

This ceremony is an invitation to come home to that part of you.

Through somatic intelligence, we gently begin to soften the armor that's built up around the heart and breasts, the tension held from old heartbreak, from not feeling safe to be fully seen, from years of protecting rather than opening.

Let your body remember what it feels like to be undefended, to let your heart beat in the open air, boundless and liberated with the infinite Love of your Soul.

We'll move slowly. We'll use sound to loosen what words can't reach. And we'll hold space for whatever wants to rise: grief, release, tenderness, even pleasure… as sacred, not something to rush past.

-a comfortable place to sit & lie down
-some nourishing massage oil
-journal and a pen
