New Years Primal Awakening 

A journey into your inner power guided by Alchemia and Suntaya Song

Stoke your inner fire and let your animal self be UNLEASHED. Enter the new year feeling connected to your fullest, most alive version of yourself. The primal parts of your existence hold so much wisdom and energetic value - but are so often left dormant and forgotten. We as a collective are sitting on a WEALTH of underutilized energetic resources that are waiting to be tapped into and give us  the strength, focus, and motivation to ground our dreams into this physical reality. Whether you are new to these types of practices or have a daily practice that resembles this, we welcome you to join us for a powerful collective experience. If you are reading this, it is your invitation to answer the call to be a part of the ripple of impact that happens when we gather, share, witness and be witnessed in the primordial truth of our existence. 

Cacao Ceremony 

We begin the circle with an opening cacao ceremony and intention setting. Connecting to our hearts, to the medicine of cacao, and weaving dreams into grounded reality by speaking them aloud - planting the seeds of your desires into the awareness of the collective.

Primal Body Re-wiring: Guided Trance Movement 

This practice is based on yoga poses and flows, and grows into movement inspired by animals - remembering that to be human IS a primal experience. As we connect to the rhythm or our heart and breath, we bring our primal intelligence into full expression, allowing our movements to sync to the energy and cadence of the ceremonial drum and answer to Suntaya Song’s shamanic vocal transmission. Alchemia will guide us through a practice that connects us to ourselves, and builds a heat - both physically and energetically. As the energy rises and builds, we will find ourselves thinking less with our overanalytical brain and trusting the consciousness that lives within our bellies and the truth stored in our bones. We will experience ecstatic states of primal expression as well as be led into moments of peace and inner exploration. Feel the power of collective and individual primal movement and sound, to launch you into the new year with ferocity and self-confidence. 

Shamanic Sound Transmission 

During the Primal Body Re-wiring led by Alchemia, Suntaya Song will be leading a vocal transmission that comes from the depths of the earth itself. She is a conduit for sound that creates energetic vibrations that physically will alter your body to move, to feel, to discover, and answer to the call of primal awakening. She shares her offerings via a live looping experience, drumming, gong and more, seamlessly weaving in guttural primal expression with angelic sound. She allows the sound to flow through her as it comes to her in the moment, guided by spirit to share what feels like a window into the soul of the universe. Every performance is unique, alive with the codes that are needed for the individuals in the space on that day. 

Breathwork

We finish with our most basic instinct: breath. Surrendering to our first teacher, to our constant companion, and being guided into transcendental breath work. 

Potluck and Journaling (at 6:30pm)

Integration is just as important as the journey itself. We invite you to bring a journal so you can take a moment to be with your experience before transitioning. What came up? What are you carrying with you into this new year of your most empowered & expressed self? 

We will then have some cozy cuddly community hang time! Bring a healthy dish for our potluck and please label your dish’s ingredients so we can make this easy! Serving dishes and utensils are helpful. 

OM Culture will also provide some complimentary snacks (thanks OM!) 
We hope you’ll stay and integrate with your fellow soul family and join us for ecstatic dance after. It will be Suntaya’s first DJ set!
