You will then be guided through a gentle, loving journey of self touch, massaging your own hands, arms, face, neck, heart, breasts & womb. We will move slow, offering several ‘Stepping Stones’ for you to land on should you meet your edge.
As you approach your vulva & yoni canal, you will take pause to really listen for your body’s ‘yes’ or ‘no’.Remember that listening to your body’s ‘no’ is every bit as significant & impactful as receiving a yes. If you receive a ‘no’ you will be invited to commune with the wisdom in your Yoniverse energetically - as we never push past a ‘no’.
If & When you receive a ‘yes’ you can lovingly enter your own yoni portal.As the directional guidance of Suntaya’s voice starts to fade, you will be immersed in the immaculate beauty of ‘Angelic Ascension’. This is the improvised song that is live-channeled by Sarah Conner.
As we deepen through the inner planes of our cosmic cuntiousness, we no longer require such verbal cues and allow the power of song to bring us into ecstatic states of inner union.

Rather than the emphasis being on ‘DeArmouring’, you will be encouraged to engage with yourself in such a way that invites deeper connection to the wisdom of your yoni. As womb bodies we have high oracular wisdom that we access through our yoni portals. You will be guided to develop a relationship with the living erotic intelligence inside your own body.
Using the self touch of your own finger or crystal wand, you will be invited to enter your own vaginal canal. Here you can simply hold presence with your yoni, release tension & stored trauma, re-sensitize more pleasure & sensation, open into deeper states of surrender, commune with the Divine Light of Goddess within yourself, and so much more.
This is not a Pleasure Practice or Sex Magic however you will be guided to physically enter your own vaginal canal. Though pleasure arising is natural and celebrated, that is not the intention.As I mentioned there are ‘Stepping Stones’ along the way to support whatever edge you meet as we always honor the body’s ‘no’. Dorothy Morganna is a somatic guide, ceremonial space holder, and devoted student of the living heart. As the founder of Heart Somatics, she supports individuals in awakening to the intelligence of the body as a pathway for healing, alignment, and meaningful living.
